Paris, Je T’aime

Okay, I know the title of this blog post is basically the worst, but I couldn’t think of anything cleverer and also I’m not terribly original. To wit: This awful black and white photostrip of us in a photobooth at a movie theatre in Paris. Mark is mostly kissing my scarf, since I don’t believe in PDA.

We spent a week in Paris, in an apartment we rented in Montmartre. For those of you unfamiliar with the area, it is where the inimitable Amelie Poulain lives and works circa 1997 and also in the very real parallel universe in my brain. Paris was remarkable for many reasons, not the least of which was that we visited during the most perfect spring week, but I’m going to spare you words and instead share with you way too many photos I took with my new phone. I know it’s kind of lame to share cell phone photos but most of the photos we took with our real camera look like this:

So really, you should be thanking me. Also, I love my new iPhone more than Mark looks like that guy from Modern Family.
